Every framework, tool, and process we deploy was built from the patterns we found where execution breaks down and where it scales.

Our Story

PCG did not start as a consulting firm. It started inside sales and leasing offices — running sales programs, managing lease-up teams, and doing the day-to-day execution work that most advisory firms only talk about in pitch decks. That field experience is what makes us different.

After years of running these programs, we saw the same pattern everywhere: teams doing the work with no system to prove it was being done right. Leasing meetings based on what people say happened instead of what actually happened. Pricing decisions made on instinct instead of data. Follow-up that varies wildly depending on who is working that day.

We also saw what happens after traditional training: a 4-week performance bump, then reversion to baseline by month three. $10,000 to $50,000 invested in training with no measurement system to hold the standard.
