PCG did not start as a real estate consulting firm Calgary knows today. It started inside leasing offices, property management operations, and asset reviews across Alberta. Every framework, tool, and process we deploy was built from the patterns we found where execution breaks down and where it scales.
Our Story
PCG did not start as a consulting firm. It started inside sales and leasing offices — running sales programs, managing lease-up teams, and doing the day-to-day execution work that most advisory firms only talk about in pitch decks. That field experience is what makes us different.
After years of running these programs, we saw the same pattern everywhere: teams doing the work with no system to prove it was being done right. Leasing meetings based on what people say happened instead of what actually happened. Pricing decisions made on instinct instead of data. Follow-up that varies wildly depending on who is working that day.
We also saw what happens after traditional training: a 4-week performance bump, then reversion to baseline by month three. $10,000 to $50,000 invested in training with no measurement system to hold the standard.
So we built the operational framework that addresses these gaps — 18 SOPs, 18 KPIs, and a 9-layer architecture tested in the field across Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Victoria.

Carrie is a licensed Realtor® with over 23 years of experience as a sales, marketing, and operations professional in the real estate industry. She has held senior positions across multiple sectors — including real estate investment firms and single-family home builders throughout Western Canada.
That background is not advisory experience. It is operational experience. Carrie has spent her career inside multifamily leasing and new home sales programs — not consulting from a distance, but running the teams, managing the workflows, and building the systems that hold performance standards in place after training ends. She has personally overseen dozens of active lease-up programs and sales engagements across Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Victoria.
Carrie has also served as National Director of Leasing and Revenue Management at Minto REIT, where she successfully transformed leasing and revenue performance across a national portfolio. Her work spans the full marketing and sales stack — SEO, SEM, web design, social media, and PR — all connected to leasing and sales outcomes.
Carrie now advises real estate leadership teams on sales execution, leasing operations, and AI integration across portfolio operations — designing the governance frameworks, measurement systems, and proof standards that turn both people and technology into infrastructure that performs.

Sarah Fullerton
Sarah Fullerton is a licensed Realtor® with over 30 years of sales and leasing experience across Calgary’s new homes market. She has operated across the full product spectrum — from entry-level condominiums to 2-acre custom estate builds — and has closed transactions at every price point the Calgary market offers.
That background is not advisory experience. It is on-the-ground execution. Sarah has managed presale programs, led lease-up operations, guided buyers through full custom build cycles — and delivered results in market conditions ranging from COVID-era lease-ups to competitive high-rise launches in Calgary’s downtown core.
Her project record includes SODO (QuadReal — 305 units, the fastest lease-up in Calgary history), Park Central (Hines — 426 units stabilized through COVID), Annex Condos (Minto), and Londsdale Apartments in North Vancouver.
