Is there a cost for the initial conversation?

No. The diagnostic briefing is complimentary. If there is a fit, we scope and price the engagement after we understand the problem.

Do you work outside Alberta?

Yes. We serve Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Victoria. Our consulting frameworks are market-adapted for each region.

How long does a typical engagement last?

It depends on the pillar. Leasing and execution engagements typically run 8 to 24 weeks. Market intelligence and systems audits can be scoped in as few as 4 weeks. Sales programs run 12 to 24 months. We scope to the problem, not to a retainer.

What if we just need a one-time audit?

That is a common starting point. Many clients begin with a leasing operations assessment or a CRM governance audit before deciding on a broader engagement. We will tell you what we find and let you decide what to do with it.
